Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions as outlined below.
By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Web & App Development Services
Pre-Development Stage: Full refunds are available if the project is canceled before development begins.
Development Stage: Partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.
Post-Completion: No refunds are available once the project has been completed and delivered.
Any deposits or milestone payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3. Hosting Services
If you cancel your hosting plan within the first [15] days of activation, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
No refunds will be issued for domain name purchases, setup fees, or add-ons.
Refunds are not applicable for service suspensions due to policy violations.
4. IVR Services
Refunds will not be provided for completed IVR setups and services already rendered.
If an issue arises due to Unique Solutions’ fault, we will attempt to rectify it before considering a refund.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for changes in customer preferences after project commencement.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, etc.) do not qualify for refunds.
6. Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@uniquesol.in
Refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days upon approval.
